Enzyme therapies changed lysosomal storage disorders. We believe they can do more.
LysoVance is engineering next-generation enzyme replacement therapies (ERTs) for lysosomal storage disorders (LSDs). We are guided by decades of LSD development experience and a simple standard: progress should be measured by what most improves patients' lives.
A proven modality. An unfinished promise.
Replacing missing enzymes has changed the course of devastating lysosomal diseases. That achievement established a foundation for LSD treatments. Along with a responsibility to keep advancing.
Yet many lysosomal disorders still lack truly effective therapies, and many LSD patients continue to live with significant health and quality-of-life challenges. LysoVance was founded to help move the field forward.
Many lysosomal storage disorders still have no wholly effective therapy.
For patients, many meaningful health challenges remain unaddressed.
Moreover, patients face the practical burden of inconvenient, lifelong care regimens.
The field has come far. The work is not finished.
Better medicines begin with better questions.
We start with what current therapies leave unresolved, then bring patient perspectives, scientific discipline, and development experience to the decisions that follow.
Reach patients, not just endpoints
Begin with the health challenges that remain and ask what would meaningfully change patients’ lives — not simply what is easiest to measure.
Let evidence set the pace
Pressure-test assumptions early and let data, humility, and clear scientific evidence determine the next steps.
Build for the real world
A promising molecule must also be developable, manufacturable, and practical enough to become a useful therapeutic regimen.
A focused number of programs. With a focus on patients.
LysoVance is advancing a focused portfolio of enzyme therapies for lysosomal storage disorders. We prioritize resources where our experience can make the greatest difference to LSD patients' lives.
Decades in the rooms where these therapies were built.
LysoVance is led by people who have spent their careers developing, manufacturing, and advancing enzyme therapies for LSDs. That experience shapes how we prioritize problems, test assumptions, and build for patient impact.
